Yamaha's Hexrack II 2-Leg Drum Set Rack is made from uniquely hexagonally-shaped aluminum that is lightweight and still strong, making transportation and setup easier than ever. The clamps on this rack system utilize a synthetic sleeve that fits in between the clamp and the hexagonal rail. When tightened, the sleeve compresses down onto the rail for a vice-like grip that feels incredibly sturdy, and won't loosen up no matter how hard you wail on your drums
